The 20-year-old woman, whose real name is Brittany Johnson, was taken into custody after cops tracked her down at Motel 6 in DeKalb County, Georgia, on January 22.

Several people called 911 to report that she was torturing her 6-month-old Jack Russell terrier and streaming it on Instagram Live, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

Johnson allegedly claimed she had broken the dog's legs before. She reportedly even made statements on social media about killing the dog to get more followers.

Users also provided the police with videos of Johnson kicking and choking the pooch, according to the report.

Johnson posted a picture with the dog on January 21 with the caption: "As I Posted On My Personal Max is no Longer With Us Rip Buddy #6Months on this Earth Keep Me In Prayers." She had promised a day before that if he died, she "would eat it on live" for her audience.

It was yet another tasteless joke by Johnson, as the Jack Russell is still alive, according to Insider. The influencer reportedly agreed to give up to animal-control officers.

"Lovely Peaches" is notorious for disturbing videos

Johnson apparently told police officers her dog was fine. She also told the cops she sprayed perfume in her pup's face the day before her arrest to "get more followers on social media."

Johnson has been known to fuel controversy with disturbing videos of herself stalking other influencers. She even made false claims about the death of her own infant daughter. Nonetheless, Johnson has amassed a large following, attracting more than 100,000 fans on her accounts, which have since been suspended.

A clip in which she claimed to have hired a man to rape TikTok star Charli D'Amelio got her account suspended from TikTok in 2020, Too Fab reported.

Johnson has been charged with animal cruelty but was released on a $2,500 bond. She is banned from taking care of any animals until investigations conclude.
