Everyone loves slapstick humor, and that couldn't be more clear from the water bottle challenge trend that's making waves on TikTok.

Have you ever tried dodging a water bottle (or three) attached to an even-faster-moving fan while blindfolded?

That's exactly what's trending on TikTok, and more than one viral video has resulted from the challenge.

Tiktok user Austynn's video from mid-April featuring her young daughter already has 48 million views. In the clip, both mom and daughter giggle as they get bopped by a flying water bottle.

In another viral clip from early April, viewers can hear TikTok user jill_gives_bad_advice laughing gleefully as her family gets pelleted by three flying bottles.

The most recent clip to go viral is from TikTok user nikkijones0908. As of Wednesday morning, the video had 3.6 million views and counting.

The video stars an older man who didn't seem to get the point of challenge – and suffers for it. The caption reads, "bill didn’t get the memo."

Don't forget to duck!

Right off the bat – or bottle – Nikki exclaims, "I'm scared," and Bill gets walloped in the face.

Did they tell him how to play before they started filming?

A teenage boy then instructs Bill to duck to avoid the bottle bashings.

But Bill responds to the advice with a question: "what?"

After getting hit a few times, he says, "You told me it was coming from this way." He continues, "There's more than one." All while refusing to duck.

The clip runs 1 min and 35 seconds, and Bill gets hit at least 18 times. One user aptly describes the situation with their comment: "Bill: 0 water bottle: 361819."

Multiple users, including the official Chicago Blackhawks account, commented that they hadn't laughed that hard in a while. Others were stunned by Bill's "lack of survival instincts." They asked, "Why is he just standing there?"

Bill and the Nikki get hit hard more than a few times, which is probably why this TikTok challenge comes with a warning label: "Participating in this activity could result in you or others getting hurt."
