Loffredo has gathered a significant online following, with more than a million followers on Instagram, on account of his extreme tattoo obsession, and an addiction to body modifications.

On a quest to make himself a "Black Alien", the influencer has shared his body mod journey, aiming to take his addiction to new heights, while lamenting the fact that the changes have made it hard for him to find traditional work.

Now, he has taken his body modifications to a new level, having his nickname carved into his head in a painful and bloody procedure.
