Los Angeles, California - Pop singer Kesha slammed President Donald Trump and his White House "perverts" for waging war on Iran and demanded that they stop using her music on social media.

"Stop using my music, perverts," Kesha wrote on Monday in a post on X criticizing the White House's use of her music in a recent TikTok video.

On February 10, the White House used the 39-year-old's song Blow in a video titled "Lethality" that showed military aircraft launching missiles at, and ultimately destroying, a large military ship.

The video was meant as a boastful threat to US adversaries overseas as the Trump administration postured and posed mere weeks before it launched its all-out war on Iran.

Over the weekend, the Trump administration and Israel launched a series of major attacks on Iran, ultimately killing Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The attacks have spurred a wider regional conflict and have been widely condemned as a violation of international law.

"Trying to make light of war is disgusting and inhumane," she wrote in another X post. "I absolutely do NOT approve of my music being used to promote violence of any kind. Love always trumps hate."

"This show of blatant disregard for human life and, quite frankly, his attack on all our nervous systems is the opposite of what I stand for."

"Also, don't let this distract us from the fact that criminal predator Donald Trump appears in the [Epstein] Files over a million times," she said.
