It's been a quiet recruiting season for Texas A&M football program, but on Sunday evening, the Aggies made some loud noise with their latest commit!

The four-star offensive lineman Chase Bisontis is now off the recruiting board as the top New Jersey prospect made his commitment in front of family and friends.

"Wow... I have dreamed of this moment ever since I first picked up a football in seventh grade," Bisontis said in a statement on Twitter. "I am truly blessed to be in the position I am in today."

Bisontis, rated the No. 16 offensive tackle and the No. 1 player from New Jersey, chose the Aggies from a prestigious list that included Georgia, Alabama, Clemson, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and the Texas Longhorns.

The sixth member of the 2023 Texas A&M recruiting class, Bisontis joins an elite list of defensive players: four-star offensive lineman Colton Thomasson, four-star safety Daymion Sanford, four-star cornerbacks Bravion Rogers and Jayvon Thomas, and the nation’s No. 1 punter, Tyler White.

With his position technique and athleticism at 6-foot-1, as well as an all-conference ability at Power 5 level and mid to early round NFL draft potential, Bisontis has all the ingredients of a high-level prospect.
