Following this outstanding performance, Haynes took his skills during the offseason to the Rivals Camp in Philadelphia, where he garnered the MVP title for receivers.

With a nickname like "Speedy", it's no great mystery what his main attribute is. Having ran down a 4.39 40-yard dash at Penn State's Whiteout camp, this is a receiver who can outrun any top defensive-men on the line.

Haynes will join four-star Raymond Cottrell as Georgia's second receiver commit for the class of 2023.

Haynes' pledge to Georgia's program solidifies its 2023 recruiting class rank at No. 3 in the nation.
