Los Angeles, California - Tristan Thompson has been accused by Maralee Nichols of not being involved in their new son's life – let alone actually meeting him.

Apparently the NBA player has yet to step up his parenting game when it comes to his youngest child.

On Tuesday, Nichols has revealed that Khloe Kardashian's ex doesn't have much involvement in their son's life – despite what other outlets have claimed.

A rep for the trainer shared in a statement via E!, "Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support their son."

It continued, "He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance. In the future we hope that reporters covering this situation contact us to confirm any facts before publishing."

Two months ago, news broke that Tristan was allegedly expecting a child with the Houston native, who was still pregnant at the time.

Nichols had filed a paternity suit against the basketball player in August, which claimed that the two slept together at his 30th birthday months prior.

Initially, Tristan only admitted to sleeping with Nichols, but in January he confirmed that the baby was indeed his.

Khloé and Tristan weren't together when this messy scandal came out.

In July, the two split for the second time.

And though it wasn't confirmed what led to the break-up, infidelity was heavily suspected.

Nonetheless, the ordeal was a crushing blow to the reality star.

But in recent days, Khloé seems to be focused on herself despite all the drama surrounding her ex.

The two are amicably co-parenting their three-year-old, True Thompson.

But it doesn't look like the Good American owner is looking to fix things with the baller.

At least, not for now.
