Tampa, Florida - It looks like NFL superstar Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen area heading towards the end zone in their marriage, after Page Six reported that both have retained divorce lawyers.

Following Bündchen's growing frustration at Brady's return to the football, the couple have been living separately in Tampa.

But it seems the "break" hasn't been enough to fix what's broken in the 13-year-old marriage.

"As with many marriages, it’s not just one thing. Gisele has made it clear that she worried about Tom playing football and that they had had many talks about it," a source close to the couple told Page Six.

"I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is," the source added.

Together, Brady and Bündchen share a 12-year-old son, Benjamin, and a 9-year-old daughter, Vivian.

The legendary athlete also shares a son with actor Bridget Moynahan, 15-year-old Jack.

There are suggestions the couple will be filing the divorce out of the state of Florida, where they're primarily based.

"I don’t think there will be any coming back now," the source reported. "They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be."
