If Texas hosting Alabama, the best team in the nation, this weekend doesn't have you excited, then maybe a newly-released hype video will.

On Friday, the Longhorns released a trailer video on their social media voiced by Oscar-winner and Texas alum, Matthew McConaughey, adding more fuel to the Saturday's highly anticipated matchup.

The clip features McConaughey telling the Longhorns to "bring the heat" against the current No. 1 team, Alabama.

The famous actor was present at the most recent meeting between the programs, back in 2010, when Texas outplayed the Crimson Tide for the BCS National Championship title.

Going into Saturday's hot southern meeting, the all-time record stands at 7-1-1 in favor of the hosts, though Alabama is favored by many to sneak a win.

Both the Longhorns and the Crimson Tide are coming off huge wins in Week 1 ahead of their Big 12 vs. SEC non-conference clash and will be headlining Week 2 as the final College GameDay game of the year.
