Quarterbacks coach Cam Turner and defensive lineman Zach Allen also tested positive for Covid and will also be missing the NFL match.

General Manager Steve Keim has also tested positive and will not be attending the Browns game, NFL Network reported.

A Cardinals statement said that defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and assistant head coach/special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers will split head coaching responsibilities.

NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero added in a tweet that the NFL "isn't considering any changes to the Cardinals - Browns game" in light of the Covid cases, and that the Cardinals were "going into enhanced mitigation protocols" before their trip to Cleveland on Saturday.

The Cardinals remain undefeated so far this season, having won all five matches.
