Harry Styles hilariously calls out "king of New York" Jalen Brunson at MSG show
New York, New York - Harry Styles had a very special guest in the crowd of his latest Madison Square Garden show: the "king of New York" himself, Jalen Brunson!
On Saturday night, the 32-year-old pop star hit the stage for his ninth performance out of 30 scheduled shows at the world's most famous arena.
Harry took a moment during the show to acknowledge that Madison Square Garden is, of course, the home of the reigning NBA champion New York Knicks.
And one of them was in the audience: MVP Jalen Brunson!
"We may or may not have the king of New York in the house tonight," Harry told the crowd, as TAG24 saw. "Mr. Jalen Brunson."
Cue the crowd frenzy, and a shy Jalen on display on the big screen!
Harry bowed to the 30-year-old point guard as Jalen, dressed in a hoodie and a baseball cap, placed his hand to his heart as a thank you.
The Watermelon Sugar singer quipped that Jalen had been looking to have a quiet night out, but trying to hide in New York as the star of the Knicks is like Mickey Mouse trying to hide in Disneyland!
Harry's MSG run continues through October 31. The Grammy winner recently revealed that the Together, Together Tour will extend through 2027, with new US stops in cities like Los Angeles and Chicago.
