Jada Pinkett Smith hits back against multimillion-dollar lawsuit from Will Smith's friend
Los Angeles, California - Jada Pinkett Smith pushed back against the lawsuit from Will Smith's ex-friend as their legal battle heats up!
The Girls' Trip star isn't backing down from Bilaal Salaam's, a former associate of her husband, $3 million lawsuit against her, per new docs obtained by the Daily Mail.
Jada requested that Salaam undergo an extensive mental health evaluation, including a psychiatric interview, mental-status examination, and standardized psychological testing.
The 56-year-old's filing states that the "five to six" test will not involve a physical examination or any "painful, protracted, or intrusive procedure."
Rather, Jada's motion reportedly stems from the musician's claims against her, in which he accused the Scream 2 actor of causing him "intentional infliction of emotional distress."

Salaam further alleged that the entire Smith family "embarked on a retaliatory campaign" against him, which cost him financially, affected his health, and led to "the complete derailment of his personal life and career."
Jada, who denied the allegations, said in her filing that since Will's former friend has "made his mental and emotional condition the centerpiece of this case," he needs to prove it in connection with his accusations.
Yet, the Madagascar actor's legal fight hasn't completely affected her entire life. In July, People confirmed that she "quietly" moved back in with the Oscar winner two years ago. The spouses had been living separately since 2016 but still remained married and often reunited for public appearances.
