Aliyah Ortega recently commented on an Instagram post reacting to the chatter surrounding her sister Jenna, who stars in Netflix's hit show Wednesday.

In the Instagram post, a fan says that people should "mind [their] business and leave @jennaortega alone."

They wrote that many are making assumptions about Jenna's health following an interview published Tuesday in which the actor said that, as a child, she was often too shy to ask for food or water on filming sets.

"We don't know what she may be going through, and we shouldn't assume anything based on appearances or a few comments from an interview," the IG user wrote.

"Sometimes the most respectful thing we can do is simply give someone privacy, support them, and let them be," they added. "For God's sake, she is a human being first, before she is a celebrity."

In the comments of the post, the 22-year-old Ortega sister wrote three exclamation points – "!!!" – in apparent support of the statements.
