The 45-year-old has added the Broc Shot supplement to her healthcare routine and dished on her partnership with People.

Prior to the collab, Kim said that she would manage her psoriasis by wrapping herself with Saran Wrap after putting medicated ointment on her body.

Though the approach helped, she explained that it made her "sleep like crunchy Tin-Man," adding, "If I got up, you would hear crunch, crunch, crunch. When I would walk, it was like a diaper."

After other solutions failed to combat Kim's "unbearable" condition, she tried the supplement after a friend's recommendation.

"My confidence level, and how I felt about my skin, went up and down based on how bad it would get. Broc Shot helped me get everything under control," the reality star shared.

Kim Kardashian says psoriasis made her insecure before taking Broc Shot

While psoriasis is incurable, Kim insists that the supplement – which is derived from a broccoli seed and contains sulforaphane – fits perfectly into her busy routine.

The National Institutes of Health say that sulforaphane helps relieve the symptoms of psoriasis because it reduces inflammation and rapid skin cell growth.

The All's Fair star also noted that if she forgets to take it, she immediately notices the changes, continuing: "My ear started itching, and I felt the psoriasis in my ear and it was so frustrating. And so, then I couldn’t wait to come home, started taking it again and, within three days, no more itch, fully gone away."

Kim added that before she found the Broc Shot, "Sometimes I felt really strong, like, 'I am going to live with this and it’s going to be fine.' Then when the spots would get bigger and bigger and start going up to my face, then I started to get really insecure."
