Los Angeles, California - Girl group sensation KATSEYE has pulled out of Olivia Rodrigo's Daisy Chain Fields music festival just days before the event kicks off.

In a social media post shared Thursday, the band revealed that they are "unable to perform at Daisy Chain Fields this Saturday" due to an injury suffered by member Megan Skiendiel.

"Megan sprained her ankle yesterday during tour rehearsal and after being evaluated by doctors, she has been advised to stay off it and allow it to properly heal so we can be ready for our upcoming tour," the post read.

Originally a six-member group, KATSEYE currently features just four stars – Megan, Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, and Yoonchae Jeung – as Manon Bannerman and Sophia Laforteza have been on hiatus since February and early August, respectively.

KATSEYE had been scheduled to play at 2:15 PM PT at the Irvine, California, festival. Santigold has now taken that slot, and new addition Devon Again has been added at 1:05 PM.

"We were especially excited for Daisy Chain Fields because it's not just about music, but the greater mission of joy and community," KATSEYE said.

Daisy Chain Fields was launched by Olivia Rodrigo earlier this year. The event, which will feature superstars like Chappell Roan, Doechii, and Stevie Nicks in addition to Rodrigo, includes an all-women lineup and will donate all proceeds to organizations advocating for women and girls.

The 23-year-old sent anticipation into overdrive on Monday with a brand-new single, serena joy, inspired by The Handmaid's Tale. A portion of the song's proceeds will be donated to the Daisy Chain Fields fund.
