As the Daily Star reported, the former special‑education teacher engaged in a sexual relationship with one of her students while employed at Tartan High School in Minnesota.

Police investigations revealed that the then-24‑year‑old teacher in 2023 booked multiple hotel stays for meetings with an 18‑year‑old student, bought him alcohol, and sent intimate photos and messages.

According to reports, the two allegedly had sex on several occasions. Bacon’s defense initially claimed the intimate contact began only after the teenager graduated, but photos and investigative reports contradicted that narrative.
