Doctor shares viral take on Trump's self-admitted "very severe problems"

Washington DC - Dr. Adam James has made quite a name for himself among his 1.4 million followers, not only calling out possible medical issues that President Donald Trump may be secretly experiencing, but also giving context as to why he believes his "big, beautiful obituary" is around the corner.

With a master's degree and over 15 years of experience treating geriatric patients with dementia, Dr. James isn't just criticizing Trump for the heck of it. He has a medical background to back it up.

In his latest viral take on Instagram, he focused on Trump admitting he has "some very severe problems."

"I don't smoke, and I don't drink," Trump said during an October 16 speech, noting that he'd probably have more problems if he did. "I have other problems. I have some very severe problems."

He didn't say what those "severe" problems were, noting that the press was probably going to ask what problems he did have after his speech. He attempted to backtrack his statements, saying he was just having "fun," adding that Attorney General Todd Blanche – who previously served as Trump's criminal defense attorney – would probably need to come save him.

According to James' video about the speech, Trump (whom he referred to as a "sack of insider trading") appears to be "ratcheting up the level of what he will admit," which serves as an indication to James that the frontotemporal dementia he believes the president has is "rapidly advancing."

For these reasons, along with the others he's spelled out in separate videos, James thinks Trump's "big, beautiful obituary" could come any day now.
