Washington DC - President Donald Trump and his administration appear to be continuing their ban on select media outlets from the White House, despite a federal judge ordering access to be reinstated.

On Thursday, MS NOW reporter Laura Barron-Lopez said she made her way to the White House around 8 AM that morning. Upon reaching the Secret Service's security hut, she attempted to scan her press badge and input her PIN as normal, but was rejected.

An agent at the scene reportedly told her the badge was disabled and confiscated it.

The incident came just a few hours after a judge ruled that the arbitrary ban Trump placed on CNN, MS NOW, and Politico last week "likely violated their constitutional due process rights" and ordered they be immediately reinstated.

While Barron-Lopez said it wasn't clear if her denial was the administration defying the order or simply a delay in the security system, reporters from the other two banned outlets on Thursday reported similar experiences.

Politico said that one of their reporters was also denied and had their badge confiscated, along with CNN reporter Betsy Klein and a photojournalist.

As the move to ban reporters comes under heavy criticism, Trump and his MAGA allies have been desperately playing defense.

In a recent interview, Secretary of State and MAGA loyalist Marco Rubio argued that critics are overreacting, stating, "There aren't a bunch of police officers or soldiers kicking down the doors of MSNBC or MS NOW, whatever it's called."
