Beloved dog influencer Tucker has died: "He was part of my soul"

Michigan – In the previous video, she said she didn’t want to appear again with such a sad clip. Yet in the latest update, Courtney Budzyn finally breaks down in bitter tears. The reason: her Golden Retriever dog Tucker has died.

The world‑famous dog (with a staggering 11.8 million followers on TikTok) was recently diagnosed with cancer.

Budzyn therefore posted on social media at the end of August, saying, "It is not over yet. I refuse."

She vowed to fight the cancer until her beloved pup was in remission, living a long life.

But things didn’t happen that way.

As the woman from Michigan reported over the weekend, her four‑legged friend suddenly passed away on September 2.

"I'm so sorry... we tried to save him, but we couldn't save him," Budzyn sobs in the new video update.

"I want you to know, I tried to do everything I could. I did everything."

While announcing the news through tears, she holds a small wooden box that likely contains Tucker’s ashes.

However, according to his owner, the dog did not die from the cancer itself but rather from a complication related to it.

According to Budzyn, Tucker contracted an infection after his cancer treatment.

"His temperature kept raising, and there was nothing – nothing was changing it. We had to let him go," she says in the video.

"Tucker, I love you so much. You saved my life. There's nothing in this world that I wouldn't have done for him. He was literally part of me; he was part of my soul," she continued.

In another moment, Budzyn explains that she had been in very bad mental health before Tucker came into her life – adding more impact to her claim that he "literally saved my life."

"Now that he's gone, I don't know how to live, but I have to. He didn't lay by my side for all those years just for me to give up," she said. "I owe it to him to move forward and to heal."

Tucker was eight years old.
