San Francisco, California - It's every parent's worse nightmare! Mario Lopez recalled the awkward moment his daughter, Gia, caught her parents having sex.

During an episode of Real Housewife Lisa Vanderpump's Overserved series, Lopez and his wife Courtney Mazza spoke about their sex life and revealed their daughter accidentally walked in on them knocking boots.

When asked how the two make time for sex with three kids in the house, Lopez responded, "Oh my gosh, it's all about the quickie now. This was so traumatic, our daughter walked in on us the other day."

Mazza further explained that the couple were trying to spice things up in their guest bedroom and assumed Gia was preoccupied with her school work.

"Gia came to look for us and opened the door," Mazza said with Lopez interjecting, "So this is the worst thing, right? I was like lightning with the covers."

The couple's daughter was apparently so traumatized by the incident that she hid from her parents.

Lopez added, "I said, 'I got to go talk to her,' but we couldn't find her for like an hour."

Eventually, the Saved By the Bell star found his daughter and the two spoke about the embarrassing moment.

The Access Hollywood host and his Broadway dancer wife are also parents to two sons, Dominic Luciano (7) and Santino Rafael (1). Lopez and Mezza wed in 2012 after four years of dating.
