Beverly Hills, California – Post Malone isn't one to shy away from the odd and extreme, and his latest $1.6 million dental investment proves just that.

There are numerous things celebrities can do that seem out of reach for the everyday person.

For Post Malone, that thing happened to be diamond dental implants.

On Monday, Dr. Thomas Connell, an expert in diamond dentistry, shared a black and white photo of Post Malone sporting his new bling on Instagram.

Fans were shocked with the final price tag of his sparkling new addition.

Connell wrote, "Post Malone completed his $1,600,000 smile reconstruction last weekend!"

Malone's diamond-encrusted "fangs" came out to weigh a whopping 12 carats in total.

While other stars have gotten removable grills or smaller diamonds inserted into a veneer, no one has fully encrusted their teeth with diamonds – let alone $1.6 million worth of them. It's something Connell believes will shake up the "ice" game in the industry.

"Post Malone's epic ice smile has set a new precedent in the music world of who has the most 'drip'" he wrote in the post.

Born Austin Post, Malone is no stranger to taking risks when it comes to body modifications and tattoos. One year ago, the music artist altered his appearance by shaving his head and getting a giant skull tattooed on his scalp.

His latest dental work was a group effort, and enlisted the help of cosmetic dentist Naoki Hayashi, the teams at Shlomo Bichachi diamond house and Angel City Jewelers, along with Connell.

The new bling proves the sky really is the limit when it comes to Post Malone's inevitable future body modifications. Whatever comes next, it's sure to be equally jaw-dropping.
