Beverly Hills, California - It seems like Rihanna just can't get enough of LA! Only three months after spending $13.8 million on a Beverly Hills mansion, she dug deep into her pockets again to buy a second residence right next door!

According to dirt.com, the gated property featuring a family-sized house built in the 1930s was never on the open market.

It was last purchased for $5.1 million in 2015 by an unnamed couple who now almost doubled their money when they sold it to Rihanna for $10 million.

The Tudor-style estate has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and just over 3,500 square feet of living space.

In addition to an eat-in kitchen that opens into the spacious family room, the luxurious property also includes an oversized swimming pool, an expansive backyard, and a private balcony to the master suite.

This Beverly Hills compound is now part of Rihanna's extensive real estate portfolio, which also includes a $6.8 million villa in the Hollywood Hills, a mansion in Barbados, and a high-floor apartment in Los Angeles.

She also owns a $5.2 million condo in the exclusive The Century complex in Century City.

Overall, the Diamonds singer now owns more than 11,000 square feet, two swimming pools, and at least ten cars all to herself.
