The Mercury retrograde seems to be affecting the celebs as more stars are "spending time" with their former partners.

Alex Rodriguez spent time at the gym with his ex-wife, Cynthia Scurtis. Alex referred to his ex-wife as a "world-class mommy" in a post that pictured her wrapping a cast.

This left fans wondering if there's another romantic comeback on the cards.

Though the ex-spouses' brief hang out was due to working out, the timing of the encounter wasn't lost on anyone.
