Barker took to Instagram on Thursday to share the bad news, along with a picture of him beating away with drum sticks.

"Covid sucks," the Blink-182 drummer shared. "I’d rather be playing drums."

Support from fans have been pouring in, including a comment left by OneRepublic singer Ryan Tedder, who wrote: "U GOT THIS."

The news comes only shortly after the star was hospitalized in June for pancreatitis, which doctors believed might've been caused by a recent colonoscopy.

His wife Kourtney Kardashian (43) remained by his side as his condition became life-threatening, and his 16-year-old daughter Alabama Barker asked fans to "please send your prayers" her dad's way.

Fortunately, the rocker recovered and was able to hit the stage again.

He was forced to take a break from drumming with Machine Gun Kelly on his Mainstream Sellout tour, but made his comeback by surprising the crowd at The Kia Forum in Los Angeles last month.

Now, he'll have to take another break as he recovers from Covid, but Barker should be back behind his drums in no time.
