The upcoming Peacock show Bel-Air gave viewers a closer look at what's in store for new "Fresh Prince" in the official trailer for the rebooted series.

On Monday, the three-minute preview dropped, showing newcomer Jabari Banks' life getting flipped turned upside down.

Much like its predecessor, after the teen runs into some trouble with the law he's shipped off to the glamorous Bel-Air for a better life while under the care of his maternal Aunt and Uncle.

Yet, as the preview hinted, the West Philadelphia native doesn't quite fit in right away in the world of the rich and privileged.

The dark reimagining of the classic 90s sitcom was initially met with mixed reactions by fans.

After the trailer's release, users took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the gritty reboot and it seems that some are very much unimpressed.

One user wrote, "The Bel-Air reboot looks really, really bad. Like, if you muted the trailer, you would have absolutely no idea what it's based on. It comes across like a Fresh Prince reboot afraid of people remembering that it's a Fresh Prince reboot."

Another fan tweeted, "I am TIRED of folks tryna make every show dramatic and serious. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air was a fun lighthearted show. That's okay. Let's keep that. This "Bel-Air" s**t is just unnecessary."

However, there were a few who were less critical of the teaser and are looking forward to the upcoming the series.

"That Bel-Air trailer gave me All American vibes. So I'm gonna watch it," a fan tweeted.

Bel-Air will stream exclusively on Peacock beginning on February 13.
