While nothing has been set in stone for the 26-year-old British star, Hype Beast and more reported that Holland apparently signed a deal with Marvel and Sony on Wednesday.

Earlier this year, the Uncharted star revealed that he planned on taking a break from acting soon, and wasn't sure what laid ahead for him in the MCU.

Since both Avengers flicks aren't due to hit theaters anytime soon, it's possible that the young star is using some current downtime as his "break" in preparation for his return as Peter Parker.

As for Evans, in his new Sexiest Man Alive feature for People, the Knives Out star admitted to missing playing good ole Cap and that he yearns to suit back up again.

"It's been a wonderful, very symbiotic relationship, so I've been thrilled to do it. I think when the movies end you're very happy to have a break. But very quickly, you miss it. I miss it now. But yeah, I’m very grateful and very happy to have been a part of them."

The 41-year-old's honesty has Marvel fans bursting with hope that he could possibly make a cameo appearance in Secret Wars, as the 2026 superhero flick has been teased to be the craziest Avengers film yet!

All in all, it looks like Marvel fans have a lot to look forward to in the films to come.
