Los Angeles, California - Connor Storrie, one of the leading men from the breakout TV hit Heated Rivalry, is reportedly in talks to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe!
Per a new report from Deadline, the 26-year-old is being considered for a role in the upcoming Ghost Rider flick, set to star Ryan Gosling.
Storrie is said to be "circling" the role of the movie's main villain. As Marvel fans theorize about which comic book antagonist it could be, Heated Rivalry fans are already thrilled!
"I FEEL LIKE I'M IN HEAVEN!!!!!!!" one fan gushed on X, while another wrote, "i'm already in the theatre."
"Honestly, being the villain in a Marvel film is the smartest way to jump in, make bank, and not be tied down forever," another said.
This actually wouldn't be Storrie's first foray into the superhero world, as he had a small role in the 2024 DC Studios sequel Joker: Folie à Deux.
The following year, he began starring in Heated Rivalry as the fictional Russian hockey star Ilya Rozanov opposite Hudson Williams' Shane Hollander.
The Canadian series, based on the book series by Rachel Reid, became such a phenomenon that season 2 – set to debut next month – will be screened in select movie theaters across the globe!
