An insider spilled to Page Six that while things are going "really well" between the couple, they aren't "rushing into something that serious" just yet.

The tipster shared that Jacob has apparently been staying with his girlfriend while he looks for a home of his own in Los Angeles.

"Jacob had been renting a place in the Hollywood Hills, but once the property was being sold, he needed somewhere to stay, and he started spending more time at Kendall's," they continued.

As for the house-hunting process, the supermodel is said to be involved and helping out, but the source stressed that it's "not because they're planning to move in together or buy a house as a couple."

Kenny and Jacob were last seen together in Paris, where the Euphoria star protected his boo from the excessive paparazzi!

The Kardashians alum began dating The Dog Stars actor earlier this year, and since then, the two have been spending a lot of time together.

The insider noted the pair's recent outings have led to some confusion over the next steps in their relationship.

Yet the informant clarified that since Jacob has been staying with Kendall, there isn't "this huge rush for him to find somewhere." So, it would appear that the budding couple isn't quite ready to move in together, but that could change soon!
