Olivia Rodrigo set predictions at Daisy Chain Fields: Who will be a surprise guest?
Irvine, California - Olivia Rodrigo is poised to close out her one-day music festival dubbed Daisy Chain Fields on Saturday, alongside some "special guests." But who else might make an appearance alongside the Serena Joy singer in addition to the already announced special guests?
The day has finally come for the inaugural Daisy Chain Fields music festival, the one-day women-led event put on by Rodrigo. This year's lineup features Doechii, Bikini Kill, Santigold, Chappell Roan, Eli, and more, with Rodrigo capping off the festivities with the day's headlining performance.
While Rodrigo has surprised attendees by bringing out special guests, that element of surprise is nonexistent for Daisy Chain Fields, as the schedule clearly shows Rodrigo will be joined by "special guests" during her closing set, which starts at 8:40 PM PST.
In 2026 alone, Rodrigo has made several surprise appearances during other artists' sets, including crashing Addison Rae's set at Coachella in April to perform Headphones On and debut her new single, Drop Dead. Rodrigo also surprised Lollapalooza attendees in July as a special guest during The Smashing Pumpkins' set. She also stunned the crowd at the Sphere in Las Vegas during No Doubt's final residency show in June.
As a genre-bending singer-songwriter herself, there's no telling who she might bring out during her set at Daisy Chain Fields, but there are a few logical guesses.
Of course, attendees can expect Stevie Nicks, Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and Sarah McLachlan to take the stage with Rodrigo, as they were initially announced as the singer's special guests. But if there's one thing fans have come to expect from Rodrigo's live shows, it's a surprise musical appearance or two.
Though Rodrigo's world tour doesn't kick off until the end of September, one of her rotating openers – rock band Die Spitz – is also performing at Daisy Chain Fields, meaning there's a chance she'll bring out some of the band during her Saturday night set.
Then, there's Chappell Roan, who is slated to perform on the same stage as Rodrigo nearly two hours before her closing set.

Chappell famously opened for Rodrigo on the Guts World Tour, helping catapult her into stardom. It wouldn't be surprising if the two teamed up for a surprise performance on Saturday.
After all, Chappell did recently appear as a special guest during one of Noah Kahan's live shows to sing her song, California.
It's unlikely that members of LA-based girl group KATSEYE will make a surprise appearance during Rodrigo's set, as the group pulled out of the festival at the last minute due to an injury in the group. That said, stranger things have happened!
