Los Angeles, California - Singer Phoebe Bridgers has picked up an adorable new tattoo – a tribute to her boyfriend Bo Burnham, whom she also dedicated a song to on her new album.
A recent picture released by Los Angeles-based tattoo artist Matt Vazquez revealed that Bridgers had the word "Bobby" inked a touch below her collarbone.
The word is a clear reference to Bo Burnham, whom she's been dating for several years. It's also the name of a song on her new album, Lost Weekend, which came out on August 14.
In the song, she sings about their romance, stating, "Now I sleep in your shirts, and you live in my house," and, "This could be the end of wanting."
Burnham actually helped write about seven of the album's songs and even sings on Bobby.
Vazquez also revealed a new spiderweb tattoo she had done on her elbow, positioned underneath a heart, labeled "Max" in honor of her late dog.
The inkings were all clearly very fresh, as her skin was red and inflamed in all the shots shared by Vasquez.
Lost Weekend is full of fabulous gossip, including a break in the silence about her split from Paul Mescal and some shade thrown in the direction of Gracie Abrams, who also had a new album out this summer.
Bridgers' record was praised by Taylor Swift, who gushed over the record and called it a "triumph in every way."
In an Instagram story, she wrote: "To write about grief with such vulnerability and detail, and to trust the listener with this much honesty… It's her birthday but she gave us a gift – Haven't been able to stop listening."
