Last month, the 21-year-old singer received a temporary restraining order against 39-year-old Christopher A. Anderson, who was arrested after breaking into her family's home multiple times last December.

During one invasion, Anderson allegedly left a flower for Eilish with a note in which he "professed his love" for the Ocean Eyes singer, per NBC News.

On Thursday, Eilish made a virtual appearance in court, where she received a five-year restraining order against Anderson.

Her parents, Patrick and Maggie, have also been granted protection, as well as her brother Finneas.

Per TMZ, the restraining order requires Anderson to stay at least 100 yards away from Billie, her family, and their home, and he cannot come near her car or workplace. The protection also prohibits any contact with the star via social media.

Police can immediately arrest Anderson if any of the restrictions of the order are broken.

Following the break-ins, the Happier Than Ever singer admitted she didn't feel safe visiting her parents' home anymore, which led to her push for court-ordered protection.
