Los Angeles, California – There has long been concern over Britney Spears' Instagram account, and fans are now more convinced than ever that the pop sensation is sending cryptic messages.

Whenever Spears posts on Instagram, fans are quick to dissect every aspect of it, searching for signs of her wellbeing. When she uploaded the same photo three times in a row on Tuesday night, some were convinced that it was a sign.

Each post was captioned "rose" with a single rose emoji, and looks to be the same pictured edited with three different filters. If that wasn't strange enough, she posted a follow-up picture Wednesday evening that looked as if it was from the same day. It had a similar caption – four rose emojis.

Fans quickly sounded off in the comments about the similarities, with one saying, "Wow Britney nice the same exact picture posted the 100th time."

Another commented, "We really gonna pretend like the person pretending to be Britney isn’t just taking screenshots of her videos and pretending it’s a selfie?"

Although her hair is styled slightly differently, she is wearing the same necklace as the previous identical posts and an off-the-shoulder top.

It appears that the 39-year-old was wearing the same outfit as she was in a post from April 9, too – adding fuel to the theory that Britney Spears isn't actually running her official account.

In the multiple nearly identical posts, Spears is wearing a pink flower crown, a choker necklace with a pendant, and the same blue and white peasant top.

On April 16, Spears posted a video of herself telling fans that she was "totally fine," but they weren't convinced, commenting, "She seems so on edge here. She's rocking back and forth, looking to the side a lot."

Spears is set to appear in court on June 23 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles for a hearing regarding her current conservatorship.
