London, UK - David and Victoria Beckham have grown their family, built an empire, and indulged in plenty of wacky, matching outfits over the last 22 years.

It's hard to believe it's already been 22 years since the iconic images of the Beckhams' purple wedding attire made news. In an anniversary throw-back photo, soccer star David Beckham shared "22 years later, still matching outfits" with photos of their very bold wedding ceremony.

Along with the original photos of David and Victoria's wedding ceremony, David Beckham added other flashbacks of the two. The first is a snap from a Versace party in 1999 with the two head-to-toe in matching black leather. A more recent one comes next, with the two out on a country walk in muted, rustic outfits, every inch the models they are.

Another has the couple making simple khaki bottoms and white tops look chic thanks to their toned bodies, nonchalant poses, and perfect accessories.

The next is another original purple ceremony shot, complete with a cameo from three-month-old Brooklyn Beckham with a purple suit, bib, and top hat.

"Happy anniversary love u so much and thank you for giving me our amazing kids so we can all wear the same" is the perfect caption for the last photo featuring the four Beckham kids and their parents in matching pajamas.

Though the couple has built an empire in fashion, branding, and endorsements, it seems their greatest joy is their family.

The two have been married since July 4, 1999, and it wasn't just fans who were thrilled with the Instagram post. Tom Brady commented "Hahahaha amazing!!!! happy anniversary!"
