Los Angeles, California - Kanye West went on LeBron James' show, but the production team have decided to not air the episode because Ye decided to be, well, Ye.

Kanye was a guest on James' show The Shop on Monday, but Maverick Carter, CEO of SpringHill Company and James' business manager, told Andscape that the episode won't be aired.

"Kanye was booked weeks ago and, after talking to Kanye directly the day before we taped, I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion, and he was ready to address all his recent comments," Carter explained. "Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes."

LeBron was not present for the taping, but the episode's other guests included rapper Jeezy and shoe designer Salehe Bembury.

Ye has been digging deeper and deeper into controversy lately as he seems to be trying to position himself as far to the right politically as possible.

He began by wearing a White Lives Matter shirt during a fashion show alongside conservative pundit Candice Owens, and he joined Tucker Carlson a day later to explain the stunt.

Kanye went even further off the rails as he got locked out of both Instagram and Twitter in less than 24 hours for making antisemitic comments.

Maverick Carter went on to apologize to the guests and crew for canceling the Kanye West episode, adding, "Hate speech should never have an audience."
