Los Angeles, California - Former teen heartthrob Aaron Carter has come to blows with ex-Kardashian and former NBA star Lamar Odom ahead of their upcoming celebrity boxing bout.

Celebrity boxing will see one of its oddest matchups yet, as ex-Kardashian hubby and NBA star Lamar Odom and celebrity heartthrob Aaron Carter get ready to face off on June 12 in Atlantic City.

At a press conference in Philly on Saturday, the two oddly-matched opponents went face-to-face for the first time while shooting promo photos. Odom and Carter are seen shoving and taunting each other, causing their respective entourages to step in and break the two apart.

"I don’t give a f**k how big you are, don’t say dumb s**t under your breath," Carter wrote on Instagram after the press conference.

Carter allegedly signed on to do celebrity boxing before Odom was announced as his opponent, and was initially hoping to take on fellow pop star Justin Bieber.

On Saturday, Carter pushed the much larger Odom who, at 6-feet-10 inches tall, didn't appear to see the 6-foot-tall pop star as much of a threat. He laughed as Carter stumbled backwards.

"The Bigger They are, the harder they fall. Don’t f*****g test me," Carter warned.

The former pro basketball player ended his professional career in 2014, while Carter has been trying to rebound in the music industry for years since his pop domination in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Both have been plagued by drug addiction and have spent time in rehab in the past, but are now said to be getting healthy, and are seriously preparing themselves for the upcoming fight. Before this weekend, the two had traded verbal threats on social media.

"Don’t think I’m some chump, I’ll take you to church real quick," Carter wrote. "I’m gonna drop him like a bad habit."

Lamar Odom is a former basketball world champ and the ex-husband of Khloé Kardashian. The two had their own reality TV series, Khloé & Lamar, and got hitched just one month after they met in 2009. She got a tattoo dedicated to the basketball pro, but has since had it removed.

They got divorced in 2016 after his highly publicized drug overdose at a brothel, which left Odom hospitalized for weeks and in a coma. He has been called a "walking miracle" by doctors since his recovery.

Meanwhile, Aaron Carter was a child pop star who also had a reality TV series with his older brother Nick, of the Backstreet Boys. Nick later took out a restraining order against Aaron over threats to his pregnant wife, who is currently expecting again.

The younger Carter will also soon become a father. He announced on his Instagram on March 7 that he is expecting his first child with fiancée Melanie Martin.

The two have had an on-and-off again relationship that has been plagued with accusations of domestic violence from both sides.

Fans on Instagram felt that the much smaller Carter would certainly be on the receiving end of a brutal beating in the mismatched duo.

"Who made this pair up? He's three feet taller than you," one Instagrammer commented. "Dude....this man is gonna take you to the hospital. That's what's gonna happen," another wrote.

Whether Carter will embarrass himself as predicted, or Odom will take it easy on him, remains to be seen when they step into the ring.
