Kim Kardashian is being sued by seven former employees who worked as full-time landscapers, cleaners, and maintenance staff on her $60 million Hidden Hills estate.

On Monday, a Los Angeles lawsuit was filed claiming the reality star violated California labor laws.

Among the complaints are that taxes were docked from employees' pay without forwarding them to the government, not being paid on time or for overtime hours, and not receiving rest or meal breaks.

A 16-year-old on the staff alleges that he was made to work longer than the 48 weekly hours allowed for an underage employee.

One worker claimed that when he raised the issues, he was fired on the spot.

Kim's spokesperson clapped back at the allegations, giving a statement to Page Six.

"These workers were hired and paid through a third-party vendor hired by Kim to provide ongoing services. Kim is not party to the agreement made between the vendor and their workers, therefore she is not responsible for how the vendor manages their business and the agreements they have made directly with their staff," they said.

"Kim has never not paid a vendor for their services and hopes that the issue between these workers and the vendor who hired them can be amicably resolved soon," they added.

While Kim is named as the defendant in the suit, it also lists placeholders for individuals who can be added later, making way for a third party to be named responsible instead.

Kim is worth an estimated $1 billion between her reality show earnings and multiple beauty businesses and endorsements.

The timing of the lawsuit is especially interesting – as Kim bragged on last week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians how well she treats her staff in comparison to her sisters.

Frank Kim, the lawyer representing the workers, is also representing another group of over 500 employees that have filed a separate lawsuit against Kim's ex Kanye West. They claim they were similarly underpaid, not paid on time, and denied overtime and rest breaks during the rapper's production shows.

Both billionaires should hopefully be able to settle the disputes soon.
