After Evermore Theme Park sued Taylor Swift for trademark infringement because of the title of her last album, she hit back with a counterclaim.

But the superstars and executives at Evermore Theme Park have now apparently come to an agreement and decided to lower their legal weapons.

Variety cited a spokesperson for Taylor Swift, who released a statement saying: "As a resolution of both lawsuits, the parties will drop and dismiss their respective suits without monetary settlement."

After the 31-year-olds album, Evermore, was released in December, the theme park filed a lawsuit against Swift, claiming she committed copyright infringement and said it caused confusion, affecting their online presence and marketing efforts.

When the Swift's team was notified of this news, they counter-sued, claiming that the park had been performing Swift's songs without permission or license agreements to do so.

Swift's album, Evermore, came as a surprise to the music world and her fans. This wasn't the first album she surprised the world with, having dropped its sister album, Folklore, just five months prior.

At the 2021 Grammys, the 16-song Folklore won Album of the Year. This victory marked the third time Swift has claimed the award in her career, and the first woman to win it three times.

Fans are anxiously awaiting her re-recorded album, Fearless, which is set to be released on April 9.
