Most notably, Spice Girl Melanie C will be boogying for the coveted Mirror Ball trophy, along with previously announced Olympic champ Suni Lee.

This season will also feature a same-sex couple dancing together for the first time ever. 18-year-old JoJo Siwa, a singer and actor who rose to fame on Dance Moms, came out as LGBTQ+ earlier this year. She will be paired with a female dance pro.

Last week, it was revealed that former Bachelor Matt James, Real Housewives' Kenya Moore, actor Brian Austin Green, and YouTuber and Lori Loughlin's daughter Olivia Jade Giannulli are also among the new cast.

Added on Wednesday were Karate Kid actor Martin Kove, country crooner Jimmie Allen, Peloton director Cody Rigsby, actor Melora Hardin, NBA player Iman Shumpert, actor Christine Chiu, talk show host Amanda Kloots, and wrestler Mike "The Miz" Mizanin.

Tyra Banks will return to host and executive produce. The judging panel will be comprised by dance veterans Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and former DWTS pro Derek Hough.

"I'm just so elated," said contestant Kendra Moore on GMA. "It's live, you know. You can't mess up. You're on the dance floor, you have to remember your moves. And you just have to give it all you've got. You've got one shot."

"I twirl on my haters, in the words of Beyoncé," she added.

The cast has already started its first week of rehearsals. Fans will find out which dance pros the celebrities will be paired with during the show's premiere. Among those returning are Jenna Johnson, Witney Carson, Sharna Burgess, Lindsay Arnold, Val Chmerkovskiy, Gleb Savchenko, and last season’s champ, Artem Chigvintsev.

The season premiere will waltz its way onto ABC on Monday, September 20, at 8 PM EST.
