Per new docs obtained by People, the 18-year-old published her intent to legally change her name from Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt to Vivienne Marcheline Jolie.

This step is required by California law and will be followed by a court hearing set for November 2.

The filing regarding Vivienne's proof of publication states that any person who objects to the name change "must file a written objection that includes the reason for the objection at least two court days before the matter is scheduled to be heard."

Additionally, said person or persons must also appear at the hearing.

Brad and Angelina's youngest daughter's legal notice was published on July 24, July 31, August 7, and August 14.

Vivienne's siblings: Zahara (21), Maddox (24), and Shiloh (20), have also filed bids to remove their father's name from theirs.

As the Oscar-winning actor's kids seek to separate themselves from their father, Brad has revealed his past battle with "suicidal ideation" and is no longer sober.

Meanwhile, Angelina, who has accused Brad of abusing her and the children, reportedly wants "everyone to heal" amid the fallout.
