Los Angeles, California - Britney Spears apparently took flight with her hubby Sam Asghari to the Big Apple as seen in a recent Instagram clip, but fans are puzzled over the peculiar video.

When it comes to pop culture conspiracy theories, no group can outdo the pop princess' loyal fan base.

This week, the 41-year-old singer posted yet another intriguing clip of herself, but this time it was aboard a private jet that was NYC bound.

"New York City here I come!!! How about them apples," Britney captioned the post.

In the reel that featured The Outfield's song Your Love, the Gimme More singer did her trademark pose while showing off her abs in a long-sleeved white crop top and plaid mini skirt.

Britney then proceeded to do silly poses such as placing an apple on her forehead, as Asghari made a brief cameo in the clip.

However, the entertainer's followers sounded off in the comments section and again questioned if things were truly OK with the recently freed star.

Some even denounced that Britney was headed to NYC, as they wondered whether she's still under a conservatorship.

One fan wrote, "New York people! You have a job to do! Tell us if you stumble upon Britney."

Another user commented, "Why does the initial clip on the plane look like green screen? Really don’t want to be a conspiracy theorist but wth? The whole thing is weird."

There haven't been reports of any Britney sightings in the Big Apple yet, but this isn't the first puzzling clip she's shared recently that's concerned fans.
