The 32-year-old's upcoming tour has proven to be nothing but a headache for Swifties everywhere.

After a mess of a presale, Ticketmaster announced that the general sale for the concert was canceled due to" extraordinarily high demands on ticketing systems and insufficient remaining ticket inventory."

For the millions of fans who couldn't snag a ticket during the presale, it seems that not all hope is lost after all.

Select Swifties who were granted a boost during the presale – which was given to fans who purchased Midnights merchandise from Swift's online store or who purchased tickets to her last tour – received an email from Ticketmaster giving them one more shot.

The emails were sent out on Monday, and selected fans who received one can submit a ticket request through December 23. Those who do will then receive an email letting them know if the request has been confirmed once the submission window has closed.

Selected fans can request up to two tickets for The Eras Tour.

Per Ticketmaster's Blog, the company was "asked by Taylor’s team to create this additional opportunity" for fans who missed out. This minor detail signals that the two parties have been in communication since the Midnight Rain singer's presale fiasco at the hands of the ticketing company.
