Los Angeles, California - Khloé Kardashian has hit a major milestone on Instagram, but it doesn't take away from her ongoing heartbreak over Tristan Thompson's recent betrayal.

On Thursday, the reality star shared that she reached an impressive 215 million followers on IG.

The Good American owner celebrated the occasion with a classy photo dump of images of herself.

Sporting a fresh blonde cut with a metallic-top, Khloé simply wrote, "215 million!!!" with a series of red heart emojis as the caption.

Yet the momentous occasion doesn't seem to make her current reality any easier.

Per People, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alum is still reeling over her ex's paternity drama, and the whole ordeal has been reportedly "devastating" for her.

Just a quick recap, Tristan, who split from Khloé in July, recently admitted to fathering a child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols.

Though he initially denied the allegations, the NBA star fessed up to his wrongdoings after a DNA test confirmed that the baby boy was indeed his child.

While this isn't the first time the Sacramento Kings player has publicly humiliated Khloé, he still took to IG to apologize to his ex and mother of his only daughter, True.

According to the outlet, it "took a lot" for Khloé to give Tristan a second chance after they split in 2019 following yet another scandal involving the athlete. Nevertheless, the two reunited in 2020 while quarantining together.

In the meantime, the businesswoman is leaning heavily on her family and friends as she mends her broken heart, particularly momager and matriarch of the Kar-Jenner dynasty, Kris Jenner.

"She's leaning heavily on Kris all of the time. But Kris wants Khloé and Tristan to be in a good place so she's encouraging Khloé to keep the lines of communication open," another insider revealed.

The insider concluded that the 37-year-old "wanted the fairytale life" with the NBA player, but thankfully she has her mother who "has barely left her side."
