Los Angeles, California - After questioning her family's influence on today's beauty standards, Kylie Jenner finally got real about getting cosmetic surgery, and some "weird" rumors over her and her BFF.

The season three finale of the Hulu TV series The Kardashians was filled with a lot of honesty, and Kylie certainly got things off her chest – metaphorically, at least.

The 25-year-old emotionally revealed her regrets on getting her breast surgery before welcoming her mini-me Stormi.

"I wish I never got them done to begin with," she told her BFF Stassie Karanikolaou.

"I recommend anyone thinking about it to wait after children.”

The Kylie's Cosmetics founder further dished on setting better standards for her children and noted that she would be "heartbroken" if Stormi decided to surgically alter her body.

"It would break my heart if Stormi had her body altered," Kylie continued, adding, "I want to be the best mother and role model for her," she revealed.

The new statement is puzzling to fans, as Kylie has previously denied getting plastic surgery beyond face filler.

Meanwhile, Kylie's cosmetic surgery rumors weren't the only gossip she addressed on the finale!

Apparently, fans assumed Kylie moved on from Travis Scott with her BFF Stassie, after the besties posted a joint pic on Instagram of them smooching.

Though the snap was dropped on Valentine's Day, and the two referred to each other as "valentines," Kylie clarified the moment was simply "just girlfriends doing what girlfriends do" when alcohol gets involved.

"Oh, my God, isn't it so funny that everyone thinks we're dating these days," the mom of two joked with the influencer.
