The Microsoft founder puts a lot of money from his private foundations into vaccine development.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, it has been said time and again that Gates (65) wants to implant a chip in the vaccines in order to control humanity. He is also said to have spread the virus in the first place.

That these theories are complete nonsense goes without saying.

While Bill Gates has already spoken out about all the conspiracy myths, his family has remained silent. But that has now changed!

Jennifer released a statement on Instagram, poking fun at all the wild claims.

The 24-year-old medical student received the vaccine, she announced on the social platform, posting a picture wearing a mask and holding up a button that read, "I got my COVID-19 vaccine."

She couldn't resist a little jab at the strange theories: "sadly the vaccine did NOT implant my genius father into my brain – if only mRNA had that power.....!"

She expressed her gratitude for having received the mRNA vaccine and called for as many people as possible to get vaccinated as well.

On the web, her post sparked a lot of laughter and many ironic comments. "Your dad can track you now via his chip," one user replied. Others agreed with Jennifer, saying that it would have been really great to get a little bit of her dad's genius.

Jennifer is still awaiting the second dose of the vaccine, but she will continue to wear a mask, she wrote.

Continuing to wear a mask is advisable because it isn't clear how contagious a person can still be to others after the first dose.
