Los Angeles, California - Kim Kardashian has won her divorce bid from Kanye "Ye" West and is now a single woman.

On Wednesday, the reality star scored a major legal victory amid her nasty divorce battle with Ye.

Per various reports, the 41-year-old's request to be declared legally single was officially granted. The SKIMS owner's use of only her maiden name was also officially restored.

A source close to Ye told TMZ that the rapper has apparently pivoted and now wanted the divorce to be granted, despite protesting his ex's initial petition. His lawyer did not object to restoring Kim's single status in court on Wednesday.

The hearing follows Kim's request to declared single amid her split from the 44-year-old.

It has been suspected that Ye was using stalling tactics to slow the divorce proceedings. The Jesus Walks artist has viciously harassed Kim and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson via social media while also publically expressing his desire to reunite with his ex-wife multiple times.

Last month, Kim filed new documents in which she accused Ye of causing "emotional distress" and said there was "no way to repair" the former couple's marriage.

On Tuesday, People confirmed that Ye fired his third lawyer and was now being represented by Samantha Spector, while Kim had famed divorce attorney Laura Wasser on her side.

Despite the legal proceedings and the Hurricane rapper's childish antics against Kim and Pete, he's also engaged in a few romances – and is apparently now dating someone new.

After ending his short-lived relationship with Uncut Gems star Julia Fox, it seems Ye has entered into a new fling with Chaney Jones, who eerily resembles Kimmy.

On Tuesday, Ye seemingly confirmed the relationship via Instagram with a screenshot from The Shade Room that featured a recent paparazzi snap of himself with the 24-year-old model.

Ye simply captioned the post with a black heart emoji.

The billionaire and Jones were first linked last month when the model was spotted at his listening party for Donda 2.
