A Florida mom gave birth to all three of her daughters on August 25.

Yet, the three girls are surprisingly not triplets!

Kristin Lammert (32) became a mother for the first time in 2015, when her first daughter Sophia was born.

Three years later to the day, her second daughter, Giuliana, was born on the same date – August 25.

The incredible coincidence amazed the whole Lammert family. Yet, they didn't know they'd be in for an even more rare stroke of luck.

Again, exactly three years later, their third little one, Mia, arrived on – you guessed it – August 25, 2021.

"We were just in disbelief," Lammert told TODAY Parents. She thought the idea was too far-fetched to actually become their reality.

"The closer we got to August 25 and the more that we joked about it at home, the more I wanted it to happen," she admitted.

Sophia, her eldest daughter, kept saying that all she wanted for her birthday was another sister – and that's exactly what she got. The six-year-old doesn't have a problem sharing her special day: quite the opposite, in fact!

The mom of three shared that the girls now get very excited to host joint birthday parties together.

But what, exactly, are the odds of the unlikely phenomenon?

"It is extremely rare," said Dr. Christine Greves, an OB/GYN at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies."We’ve spoken to some statisticians, and they say it’s really hard to calculate."

According to the Guinness Book of World Records, there is currently one family in which five siblings have been born on the same day. The chances of that happening have been estimated at about one in 17 billion.

"It’s very unique. Honestly, I don’t understand it myself," Lammert said. "Sometimes I go and stare at their birth certificates."

It never hurts to double-check – or triple-check – especially when the chances are one in several billion.
