When Tuktamysheva took the ice at the figure skating Exhibition Gala in 2018, no one would've expected her to finish the routine shirtless, clad in just her bra and little bottoms.

For the Russian, her routine wasn't just about shocking onlookers with her striptease on ice and showing off her banging body.

She wanted to show a different side of the figure skating world, one that would draw in viewers to the underrated and unappreciated sport.

In February, Tuktamysheva graced the cover of Maxim magazine, putting her half naked, toned body on full display.

Though the figure skating community has been known to be more conservative than not.

Yet, the skater's coach Alexei Mishin has no problem with her baring it all to capture people's attention, telling Russian broadcaster RT that "her body would inspire masterpieces," both in and outside the skating world.

This year marks the 24-year-old's first time competing in the World Figure Skating Championships since 2015. She claimed the last spot on the Russian squad for the competition, which runs through March 28.

Other than giving people a show with sex appeal and grace during her routine, Tuktamysheva hopes to enjoy her time amongst skating legends and find satisfaction in her performance.
