Though TikTok users adore both cats, they're absolutely smitten with the tiny tabby cat, Francis.

A TikTok of Francis waking up on the wrong side of bed boasts eight million views. This cat's cuteness makes users "want to cry" and or give him a "kiss on the nose."

TikTokers' constant questions about Francis's breed prompted his owner to share his story.

He actually has a genetic condition, and he's thirteen years old!

The old but tiny TikTok star, Francis, is small because he has dwarfism. TikTokers think he's adorable, and many dubbed him a "forever kitten," while another called him a "bonsai cat."

When Francis was rescued from a construction site as a kitten, he was as big as his owner's fist. One day, the little kitty stopped growing and has been an adorable fur ball ever since.
