Los Angeles, California - Actor Jennifer Love Hewitt showed up to the hospital in labor with a little surprise in tow.

In an Instagram photo posted on Thursday, the I Know What You Did Last Summer star shared a black and white photo of her baby bump – decorated with some artwork!

The 42-year-old shared that her kids "sent her to the hospital" with the fun markings, which included winking eyes and a mouth made from the words "Almost cooked."

"My belly was a big hit," she said.

Together with husband Brian Hallisay, Hewitt shares seven-year-old daughter Autumn James and six-year-old son Atticus James.

Now, the family has welcomed the arrival of a third child, Adian James, clearly adding to the "A" initial and "James" middle name pattern.

Hewitt rose to fame in the '90s and early 2000s and is known for her TV and film roles in Can't Hardly Wait, Party of Five, Ghost Whisperer, The Client List, Criminal Minds, and 9-1-1. She also released four pop music albums.

Despite her being ready to pop, she still found time to send a huge balloon bouquet to congratulate her friend, talk show host Amanda Kloots, on being announced as a new castmember on Dancing With the Stars. On Wednesday, Kloots thanked Hewitt and featured the gift in her Instagram Story.

One day later, Hewitt wrote that giving birth to her new son was her "greatest honor."

"Now back to snuggles and resting," the new mom said.
