Los Angeles, California - Britney Spears apparently got a jump start on bringing in the new year in a healthy way with her husband Sam Asghari.

Per her husband's his latest Instagram post that captured the pair's Christmas outing, she could be.

On Monday, the fitness trainer shared footage of himself and his pop star wife commemorating their first holiday as spouses by spending time in nature.

The first snap in the post featured the two sitting cross-legged in front of each other, apparently meditating.

The clip that followed then showed the pair sharing a sweet kiss.

"Little hike & a little meditation on Christmas Day goes a long way," the 28-year-old actor-model wrote in the caption.

"My wife is really becoming a meditation guru and I love it. Merry Britmas to you all from Samta & Britney."

The Circus singer didn't post anything herself on the recent holiday, but perhaps she was simply busy soaking up the sun.

Her hubby's post should also squash any of the recent concerns her fans have had. For some time, Britney's die-hard fan base has been convinced that something is amiss with Britney due to her strange IG posts and her comment section recently being disabled.

The conspiracy theories continued in the comments under her husband's Christmas message, with some claiming the post shows body doubles who look like the couple and "not the real Britney."

But to many more, it appears that not only is Britney just fine, she's all about those namaste vibes!
